Directors with the Most Movies Directed
This is the list of directors whom I've seen the most movies they directed. This isn't a measure of everything they have directed, but the movies I've seen.

History:
4/14/2022- After watching my 4,000th movie, the initial list of directors I've seen 15+ films they directed is created. They include 12 directors: Steven Spielberg- 32 movies, Clint Eastwood- 23 movies, Joel Coen- 18 movies, Martin Scorsese- 18 movies, Ridley Scott- 18 movies, Ron Howard- 18 movies, Alfred Hitchcock- 16 movies, Robert Zemeckis- 16 movies, Ethan Coen- 15 movies, Oliver Stone- 15 movies, Steven Soderbergh- 15 movies, Tim Burton- 15 movies. I find it amazing to see how far Steven Spielberg is above everyone else.
5/11/2022- Far and Away isn't a very good movie, but it helps Ron Howard break his 4-way tie, moving to sole possession of 3rd place, with his 19th film.
5/21/2022- The disappointing House of Gucci moves Ridley Scott to 19 films and into a tie with Ron Howard for 3rd place.
6/6/2022- Suspicion is the 17th Alfred Hitchcock movie I've seen. It was good (not great).
11/14/2022- Ron Howard's expertly crafted Thirteen Lives moves the great director to 20 films, breaking his tie with Ridley Scott for 3rd place on the list.
12/11/2022- Michael Bay makes his introduction on the list with the decent but disappointing Ambulance. He's the first new director to be added to the list, #13. He might not be as great as many on this list, but he's directed a few great films.
1/13/2023- The redundant 2022 Pinocchio moves Robert Zemeckis to 17 films and into a tie with Alfred Hitchcock for 7th place on the director's list!
3/14/2023- Steven Soderbergh's Let Them All Talk is the director's 16th film on the list.
5/11/2023- The Witches remake wasn't any good, but it does represent Robert Zemeckis' 18th film directed. He moves into a 3-way tie for 5th place.
9/16/2023- The classic To Catch a Thief is the 18th Alfred Hitchcock film I've seen. There's now a 4-way tie for 5th place.
Late Fall 2023- I realize I totally forgot to add that I've seen 2021's West Side Story, which is List Leader Steven Spielberg's 33rd film. He now has a 10-film lead over 2nd place.
1/22/2024- The good (but long) Killers of the Flower Moon brings Martin Scorsese to 19 films and into a tie with Ridley Scott for 4th place on the list.
4/2/2024- I finally watch The Bridges of Madison County, the 24th Clint Eastwood movie I've seen. Eastwood furthers his hold on 2nd place on the list.
11/9/2024- I watch Ron Howard's The Paper, the legendary director's 21st movie on the list. He furthers his hold on 3rd place.
11/16/2024- I'm very much not a fan of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, but it is Tim Burton's 16th film on the list.
