Summary: A hungry man decides to get into an accident to collect money on his insurance.

Review:

Tim: I'm Insured is a funny little animated short about a man trying to collect on his insurance money. He decides to get into an accident, which proves harder than it looks. He first tries to get hit by a car, which bounces over him. He then decides to lay down in front of a steamroller, which was hilarious, by made no sense. Yes, you'd collect on the insurance money, but you'd either break both legs or die in the process. It was silly and funny, although a bit farfetched.

Our protagonist tries a few other attempts to get into an accident, but eventually, his insurance runs out. The whole thing is humorous, and perhaps is a bit of commentary on insurance companies? Maybe, maybe not- I'm unsure.

The animation is pretty decent. It doesn't flow like animated films of later decades, but it is still very watchable. I felt like the animation was done pretty well, and wasn't distracting. I got into the story and the character, and was entertained while I watched.

It's hard to have too much to say about a short film like this. I've already spent more time writing this than the length of the entire film. It's a funny little animated movie that is worth seeing.
