Summary: Sid (Chris Evans) is at his ex-girlfriend London's (Jessica Biel) going away party. He is trying to get up enough courage to talk to her about their bad breakup. He explains his story to his new friend (Jason Statham) while debating whether he should talk to London or not.

Review:

Tim: I wasn't a huge fan of this film. It features an entire cast of extremely flawed, mostly terrible people who say and do terrible things to each other. There is really no one you can truly root for without feeling guilty or foolish. With no real heroes, we can't really care too much about what happens to any of them.

Chris Evans and Jessica Biel interact very well together. They really sell their characters and the damaged relationship they have/had. The scenes of them fighting are so realistic that it is scary. Sometimes these are hard to watch, their scenes are so true-to-life and really capture the absolute worst of relationships. This is the single best part of the film, even though it is also the most unpleasant.

Jason Statham is decent in the role, but like everyone else, I just did not like his character. He gives a good effort, but it is hard watching Statham and not seeing him in an action role.

London does have a few good moments, and the ending is incredibly appropriate. However, the movie is just too depressing and too negative to be very good. It might be worth seeing once, but not much more than that.
