Review:

Tim: This film has a great premise. So many romantic films are just the same old thing, somewhat recycled, but copies of themselves. This film takes the romantic drama, and adds a bit of the supernatural, which makes all the difference in the world.

Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock have some kind of unexplainable, excellent chemistry. They were wonderful together in Speed, and it is great seeing them together again. This film couldn't be any less different than Speed, but the Reeves-Bullock team works equally as well here.

The film seems to be progressing towards a certain point, but has several twists and turns which keep us interested and engaged. However, the film has several flaws, which include it continuing to plug along at a fairly slow place. This isn't necessarily bad, but in a few spots, it could have moved along slightly quicker. In the end, it is excellent seeing Reeves and Bullock together again (and I'd love to see them together for a dozen more movies), but there are just too many flaws for this to be a great movie.
