Review:
Tim: This is a fast-paced, intelligent spy thriller. This film carries on the the sleekest, coolest parts of the original while cleverly continuing the storyline of Bourne. It is every bit as good as the original and (dare I say?) perhaps a little better.
Jason Bourne is such a fascinating character, created brilliantly by novelist Robert Lundlum. Damon really shows more comfort with his character. His acting is even better than in the original and you can just tell he is supposed to play this role.
The addition of Joan Allen to the film adds an interesting new element. She is a great actor and very impressive here.
This movie is surprising because unlike so many Hollywood sequels that leave us praying they stop making films while they are still good, this movie leaves us wanting even more from this franchise-in-the-making. Lundlum wrote a third novel, "The Bourne Ultimatum" and fans are just pleading for this one to be made as well.
The Bourne Supremacy is about as good as a sequel can get, matching its predecessor in every category. This is an intense film that you can't miss out on.
