Review:

Tim: No disrespect to Chris Farley, but what a terrible movie. This film is completely geared toward teenage and preteen boys that love ninjas and stupid comedies. As this is a very small demographic, and chances are, you are not part of it, I doubt you will enjoy this film.

Any way you look at it, this is a silly, stupid movie. The jokes are cheap, and amount to very, very little. There is not much to find enjoyment in, as this is a very unfunny movie.

Farley doesn't account for many laughs, but you have to appreciate the level of commitment he gives to his physical comedy. He is impressive to watch as he uses his body to try and get laughs. If there is one reason to see this film, it is for this reason.

The rest of the cast is pretty good. Chris Rock has a few humorous moments. Robin Shou is actually very enjoyable as he is constantly hurt by Farley's crazy antics. Nicollette Sheridan has little do besides try to look pretty. I was not impressed with her at all.

Beverly Hills Ninja is a terrible film. Unless you are between 11-16 years old (or have the equivalent mental capacity), then you'll find this movie absurd, silly, and not very funny at all. There are a few decent moments scattered throughout the film, but nothing to really convince you tha this movie is worth even one moment of your time. Comedies are a dime a dozen (usually), and for Beverly Hills Ninja, one penny would be too steep a price.
