Review:

Tim: This is an action movie for those who love action movies. It is slick, funny, and features some fairly impressive action sequences. Suspension of disbelief is a must for this film. Liberties are taken with reality, but it's all in good fun.

This is not a great movie, but it is a solid action movie. There are gunfights, car chases, explosions- everything you'd expect in a gritty action/crime film. It is balanced out well with humor and moves along at a fairly quick pace.

Will Smith and Martin Lawrence make an excellent buddy cop duo. They are both very different (Smith plays a smooth playboy, Lawrence a nervous family man). They interact well together, playing off each other's differences. They seem to really have fun together, even when they're at each other's throats.

Bad Boys is entertaining action movie. It is great fun watching Smith and Lawrence interact, shoot bad guys, and escape death by inches. This isn't a great action movie, but it very effectively does the job. You should enjoy it.
